- Good mechanical experience with diesel, gas and natural gas motors
- Able to do all day-to-day maintenance and repairs
- Experience with ag equipment, mainly wheel equipment
- Welding and fabrication experience preferred
- Experience ordering and maintaining inventory of parts
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is searching for an experienced Farm Mechanic for a large progressive Missouri crops producer. Searching for a good hands-on mechanic to do the day-to-day maintenance and repairs of pickups, tractors, loader, skid-steers, semi's etc. Farm has nice facilities and shop. Need a dedicated mechanic who is experienced in diesel and gas engine repair. Ideally, someone experienced with small engines up to large Ag equipment and heavy equipment. Brakes, transmissions, hydraulics, welding and fabrication experience is needed. Person in this position will be responsible for ordering parts and maintaining the inventory of parts and must be able to plan how equipment will come through the shop. Searching for a candidate familiar with reading service manuals, parts manuals and who has just good all-around mechanical aptitude. Nice rural living and great place to raise a family.
