To enhance our search and placement capabilities, Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT has been a member of NPA since 1966. NPA is comprised of more than 500 independent agencies representing more than 1600 individual recruiters. Member agencies are located throughout the Americas, Europe, Asia, Africa and Australia sharing more than $150 million in placement fees.

In performing a search, we have the capability to share our specifications with the entire NPA organization to identify candidates matching an employer client’s candidate specifications. Likewise, we see the basic requirements of our affiliates’ searches and make those opportunities available to our candidates. As a result, NPA membership provides both our employer clients and candidates with significantly greater search capability.
