About NPA

Worldwide Opportunities Through Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT and NPA worldwide Recruitment Network

To enhance our search and placement capabilities, Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT has been a member of NPA since 1966. NPA is comprised of more than 500 independent agencies representing more than 1600 individual recruiters. Member agencies are located throughout the Americas, Europe, Asia, Africa and Australia sharing more than $150 million in placement fees.

In performing a search, we have the capability to share our specifications with the entire NPA organization to identify candidates matching an employer client’s candidate specifications. Likewise, we see the basic requirements of our affiliates’ searches and make those opportunities available to our candidates. As a result, NPA membership provides both our employer clients and candidates with significantly greater search capability.

At Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT, we strive to develop strong and long-term relationships with both candidates and employer clients. Many of our best customers were at one time placed by Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT. We pride ourselves on strict adherence to ethical business principles and feel this is recognized by both our candidates and employers. All information shared with NPA affiliates is treated with the utmost confidence.

Along with our specialty in Agri-Business industries, we provide you with access to Accounting/Financial Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales & Marketing and Executive Management positions and candidates.
