***ANNUAL COMPENSATION PROJECTION: 75-200K, DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE***

Business, Agronomy or other Agricultural-related degree or 3+ years of experience - 2+ years Proven Seed Sales experience - Experience Building/Developing a Sales Territory and Recruiting/Developing Dealers - Business Mindset with Strong Customer Focus - Self-Directed and Performance-Driven Personality - Excellent Communication Skills including Written, Verbal and Presentation - Good Computer Skills - Desire for High Visibility Within Community/Territory
JOB DESCRIPTION: Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is assisting a Progressive Ag Organization seeking a District Sales Manager for their National-Branded Seed Territory in Southwestern Nebraska. Ideal candidate must be able to work independently from home daily and have a passion and desire to be part of an established Seed company with unlimited compensation potential.
Primary responsibility of role will be to: - Build on existing relationships developing business and brand - Selling directly to Ag Grower customers - Recruiting and developing other Dealers - Exercise critical thinking/decision-making with technical expertise and strong relationship building skills - Work closely with product management team to stay abreast of current seed traits and genetics for their territory
