Apart from the certification, he has worked hands-on in the cattle industry and has extensive experience in ranch skills that are required for a ranch management position. He has experience overseeing cow crews and full-time employees. He can run budgets and oversee risk management, rotational grazing, and calculate break evens and stocking rates. He has experience shipping, sorting, branding, weaning, and processing all classes of cattle and can manage these effectively. He is responsible and hard worker that shows up early and leaves late. He is not one to jump from ranch to ranch but wants to find a home where he can settle down and be trusted to do his job and be taken care of for doing it well. Communication leads to good relationships, so he wants to establish good relationships with his employer and coworkers and leave the operation better than he found it. He is in the ranch industry to not only better himself, but to better the people around him and the operation he has the honor to work for.
