For the last 18 years he has been managing a 10,000-head background lot and up to 5,000-head summer stocker leases. He has ten years of experience representing company at shipping points and 3 years of intensive saleyard experience. He has supervised up to 25 employees with a lot of experience training and can communicate in basic Spanish. He is looking for long-term career in a similar position.
