This Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT candidate is a Farm Manager skilled in sustainable farming practices, livestock management, and crop production optimization. Excels at problem-solving, leadership, and adaptability to ensure smooth farm operations and workforce management and is committed to leveraging technology for farm advancement and sustainability. Manages a 200 head group of cattle year around. Proficient in John Deere RTK auto steer and all RTK systems. Manages all planting activities, for wheat, corn and soybeans with a team of 2-3 employees year around. Has a class A CDL and experience driving a variety of semis from hoper bottoms to low boys. In charge of winter land clearing projects and has a great amount of seat time in an excavator, dozer and skid steer. Has experience with center pivot irrigation. Experienced in a variety of equipment maintenance and service and proficient in welding and metal fabrication. Experience in field application for weeds with a John Deere 4045 sprayer, also has knowledge of chemicals and mixing of chemicals. Performs all aspects of harvest from operating a combine/grain cart to driving a semi. Maintains a 250,000 grain facility with grain leg.
