This Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT candidate is an experienced business manager. He has a Master of Technology-studies degree from Georgia Southern College and B.Sc. in Aerospace Engineering. Most recently he was General Manager of an Aeroponics Cannabis start-up. He was responsible for overseeing the construction of the indoor grow and processing facilities utilizing off grid systems. He administered contracts and managed Engineer firms, the architect and sub-contractors which could number 50 to 100 employees onsite per day. He sourced all owner and others supplied materials and services including grow lights, water systems, fertigation systems, fans, extraction equipment, furniture, IT and data center, warehouse racking, lifts, walk-in freezers, etc. He was the primary contact for city, county, and state agency compliance to secure permits and requirements needed to start operations. Previously he was COO for a privately owned cannabis company in California. He established their Operating Income Statement, continually developed 5 matrix managed departments with up to 90 employees during harvests and established GMP compliant manufacturing processes.
