He oversaw a 640-acre duck club, established a pheasant habitat within the duck club, coordinated guided hunts for owners and guests, building maintenance for headquarters and family compound, managed 15 to 18 men year-round. Extensive knowledge of planting, irrigating, drip irrigation, and harvest. Managed water system for 6500 acres as well as vast knowledge of lift pumps, drainage systems and all equipment involved with such systems, and supervised. He has excellent communication skills and is bilingual. He has many years of experience in hiring and training of farm workers in all phases of farming, from equipment to irrigation from plant through harvest. He is a very driven person who produces results.
