Looking for an organization willing to have an open mind to new ideas and innovation in accomplishing sales targets. ***10+ years successful leadership / management of professional sales territory teams and territory managers ***35+ years developing Ag products in regions, many of them new or innovative Ag products ***P&L responsibility to $25M ***Proven Agronomy industry record of sales growth working for world-class Ag companies ***High-level experience bringing new products and concepts to the commercial marketplace ***Available within 30 days (flexible) ***Desired Salary Range: 195-240K, depending on role ***No desire to relocate at this time; will consider a remote role.
