He has worked with operations of 3,000 - 10,000 acres with up to 6,800 acres of irrigation. He has supervised up to 12 employees at once, negotiated grain contracts and equipment purchases, experienced with equipment maintenance, and involved in all steps from planting up through harvest. He currently has a class A CDL with tanker endorsement and a private applicator license. He is looking for a hands-on manager or lead position.
