He is experienced in all aspects of hands-on day-to-day protocols, including managing fresh cows, the hospital, treating and moving cows and heifers, monitoring animal health, administering IV treatments, walking pens, working with vets, and collaborating with nutritionists. He also oversees milking procedures, routine cleanliness, and operates various machinery on the dairy, including loaders, skid steers, tractors, trailer combinations, spreaders, straw spreaders, solace trucks, silage pack tractors, feed trucks, and feed wagons. Additionally, he has experience working in extreme weather conditions such as hot, cold, dry, and wet climates. Bobby also handles maternity cows and heifers, assists with calving, manages the barn, oversees inventory control, administers vaccinations, and manages supplies.
