He’s in charge of bunk management and getting things started in the morning. He has good knowledge of feedlot operations, bunk calling, animal health care. He knows what rations will grow the cattle fast and efficiently. He has a lot of experience operating all kinds of feedlot equipment, cleaning pens, feedings cattle, working/processing cattle. He can do basic equipment maintenance and welding torch fabrication. He has some experience farming corn, beans and cover crops. He is familiar with pivot irrigation, and always ready to learn.
