This Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT candidate has been involved in farming from birth, he has been in tractors and combines for as long as he can remember. He has worked on farms from 300 or 5,000 acres. He took on a leading combine operator and equipment maintenance role with a successful Minnesota-based custom harvesting crew at a young age. Later he completed further travelling harvests throughout the United States as a crew chief, cutting for farmers varying in size from 150 to 10,000 acres. He supervised 9 workers to harvest crops and haul them to a local elevator, kept workers busy in the down time of farming with maintenance and cleaning of equipment. He has genuine and valuable knowledge of crop farming from the ground up. This includes vast equipment operation and best-practice maintenance experience. Mechanically minded, hands-on and well-versed in the culture and lifestyle of working on the farming, He is looking for a farm foreman or farm manager position, a position to help lead workers to a common goal of safe and efficient planting to harvest.
