He currently maintains a fleet of 100+ vehicles, oversees repairs and maintenance of ranch structures, assists with livestock handling and guides hunts. He has a strong skillset operating backhoes, bobcats, front-end loaders and farm equipment. He has strong mig and arc welding skills along with fabrication. Has knowledge across broad areas of livestock: equine, cattle, bison. Experienced in carpentry, electrical, painting and plumbing. He has 15+ years of employee management experience. Been with current employer for last ten years.
