This Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT candidate is a dedicated and hardworking agricultural manager and laborer with proven expertise in equipment operations, oversight, team leadership and financial administration. He has worked in the Crop Production Ag industry for all his career. The operation that he works on has operated up to 4000 acres with 4 full time employees and up to an additional 3 seasonal employees. Experienced in coordinating activities at all levels to maximize profits and sustain business operations. He is a skilled top to bottom business/crop/data manager. He can perform all duties required in the field including tillage, fertilizing, planting, spraying, scouting, harvesting, and hauling. Work directly with Landlords and employees to improve strategies and optimize performance. He would like to find a lead position on a farm, or a progressive farm that would have that opportunity in the near future.
