This Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT candidate is an experienced and knowledgeable Swine Production Manager that started at the bottom and worked his way up the ladder. Growing up on a hog farm is what led to an eventual career path within the swine industry. He has a unique and diverse employment background that has fostered a very well-rounded skill set. He attributes his successes to hard work, quick learning, and sound decision making, but truly believes that gaining the trust and respect of people quickly is what has propelled his career forward. He is extremely well versed in all phases of swine production, team building, and leading teams of people to achieve goals. Currently he is Manager of Production overseeing tens of thousands of sows, boar studs and nursery-finish. He manages all day-to-day production including employees and facilities. He has over-site of Production Supervisors and indirect oversight of 75+ team members.
