Very strong in the shop or in the field. Works extremely well with other people and or in a lead role position. He prides himself with a very strong work ethic, great attitude and the ability to rally the team to get any task done in a timely manner. He is currently self-employed as a mechanic and does equipment setup for multiple farms. He completes machinery set up and schedules maintenance for spring or fall. He has also worked on an operation where he was the Farm Manager over the pivot irrigated row crops. He has a very diversified background with swine, dairy, equipment, spraying, irrigation and mechanical experience.
