This Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT candidate has made agriculture his life’s work. He has worked in agriculture professionally for 17 years and he and his wife were raised on the farm. He has worked on registered seedstock cattle, commercial beef cattle, hay and grain farming and commercial feeder lamb operations. His cattle, farming, equipment and maintenance management skills provide him with an all-agriculture resume that can apply to many opportunities. He is currently Ranch Managing Partner at a large commercial and seedstock ranch. As Manager, he is responsible for managing cow herds, pasture and hay management and production, and all of the bull choice and mating selections. As well as all aspects of AI and embryo breeding, management of bull herd development from birth to sale, overseeing employees and all aspects of ranch records and paperwork. This job has given him the opportunity to be well-rounded in all aspects of cattle ranch management. Before his time as a cattle ranch manager and ranch hand he worked as an equipment operator. As a kid he worked for his dad at his road construction business and went on to work heavy equipment until he started ranching and equipment operation carried over into my ranching career. He is looking for a new challenge and experience that will allow him to continue to grow while sharing the knowledge and skills to help produce better and more efficient cattle. He enjoys learning and is always looking for ways to make things more efficient and for the company’s best interest. He enjoys working as a team to accomplish goals.
