This Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT has been in the ag industry most of his life. He first started by cleaning pens and now is in general management. He has managed large farms and dairies milking from 500-2000 cows with 2-40 employees, all aspects grain and forage production, purchasing, herd health, equipment operation, nutrition, etc. He has extensive experience working and managing farms and ranches of 1000 - 40,000 acres, 600+ cow/calf and 1000hd backgrounding purebred and commercial cattle. Has a CDL class A license for 30 years, driving over the road, local and farm and hauled everything from grain, hay, silage, heavy equipment, pipe, lumber, cattle, etc. He has managed plant to harvest of corn, soybeans, alfalfa, milo, wheat, grass, etc. for grain, silage in trench silos, piles and upright silos. Can operate proficiently most all ag equipment and heavy equipment. He has managed infrastructure improvements and new construction projects. He is self-motivated, enjoys working with a crew or alone and is a leader. He works well under pressure, is a problem solver, multitasks, and think outside the box to get the job done. He enjoys interacting with people and customers. He would like a position that utilizes his skills to further himself, family, and employer. He is looking for a lead position on farm, ranch, custom farming, trucking or any combination thereof.
