He has broad knowledge of the produce/farming industry including a large variety of produce and crops. His farm experience includes plant disease, seed, pesticide tolerances, logistics, planning, shipping/receiving, growing, IPM Programs, quality control, employee management & training, production and farming / growing. He is also knowledgeable with company budgets, risk assessments, company goals as well as food safety and overall agriculture industry. He currently owns a Consulting Company, where he has acquired experience in different job settings, from Farm Management, planting, cultivating, irrigating harvesting, swathing, raking and baling. He has worked for government, agriculture industry as an operations manager, farm manager, agronomist, pest control advisor, environmental, health and safety as well as safety and food safety. He has broad experience in agriculture and would like to fully use his skills in a management position. He has excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to manage communication with all levels of an organization. Ability to direct, maintain, coordinate represent and comply with company programs and/or mission. He prides himself on his dependability, availability, and ability to work well with others.
