He has over 20 years of farm management experience, extensive experience working on dairy and large crop farms. He managed and performed daily operations on corporate chip potato farm where he worked with full-time employees, seasonal crew, equipment, and resources to maximize efficiency. He planned annual crop rotation and field production. Worked closely with agronomy team on irrigation, fertilizer, and pesticide application. He operated and maintained farm equipment while utilizing precision ag equipment to collect timely and accurate data. Facilitated hiring, training, and scheduling of seasonal crew and trained team members on farm safety protocols. He conducted annual performance reviews and goal setting for team members. Developed efficient Excel-based system to track invoices for over 70 vendors and compiled detailed documentation for Primus and Global Gap Audits.
