This Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT candidate has a background in both vegetable and grain crops; experience working with customers in seed production, sales, wholesale, and retail aspects of agribusiness. He received his Ph.D. in Plant Breeding and Genetics from Texas A&M University in 2015 and received his B.S. and M.S. in Soil & Crop Science. He is currently the General Manager of a farm in Kansas where he manages 6,000 acres. He is responsible for coordinating crop production, planting thru harvest. He leads research and development for seed production goals and performs business to business sales for the company. He also has strong knowledge of research plot planning, data collection and statistical analysis.
