This Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT candidate has managed a 100 section ranch in New Mexico. He also took care of 500 hd of cows and calves until fall shipping for another place in New Mexico. He learned a lot at an early age, how to handle a horse, and how to handle, read and spot sick cattle. He rode pens all through grade school and high school and he said that he cut his teeth on high-risk Brahmer calves out of Florida and Alabama. He's done a lot of doctoring, both inside and outside and he's processed, drove feed truck, and help rebuild and repaired mills as well, from standing a new leg, to installing new steam chests, rolls, building roller boxes etc.
