This Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT candidate is an experienced swine and swine maintenance management professional with demonstrated success in recruiting and developing a customer first focused team. As Owner/Operations Manager he spearheaded daily operations of a maintenance company specializing in swine confinement of all stages of production, supervised up to 8 employees, ensured customer needs were met in a timely manner, liaised with corporate offices, and confirmed proper stocking and inventory levels. Actively recruited, hired, onboarded, and trained employees, and helped coach employees on how to exceed our customers’ expectations.
