He launched the startup of a company specializing in guest services – specifically outdoor adventures including guided horseback riding, guided fly fishing, snowmobile tours, horse drawn sleigh rides, chuck wagon dinners, etc. As a Ranch General Manager, he designed and implemented new ranch products, services and guest experiences including a full-service spa, glamping tents and a private snowcat ski program to increase marketability while creating new revenue centers and enhancing the guest experience. He conceptualized, implemented and managed a high-end luxury guided hunting ranch that including lodging, meals, guides and ranch activities to very affluent and discerning clientele.
