He is experienced in all areas of a ranch including saddling and riding horses, trimming horse hooves, cleaning and maintaining irrigation ditches, irrigating fields, putting up hay, feeding animals over the winter, snow removal, equipment maintenance, building and repairing fence, and building and ground maintenance. He has also worked in excavation for Colorado Department of Roads which has given him experience in many different pieces of heavy equipment including excavators, dozers, motor graders, snow cats, loaders, skid steers and mini excavators as well as the years of experience he has operating tractors and ranch equipment. He also has experience in the guest ranch industry including horseback rides, cattle drives, wagon rides, sleigh rides and guided hunting.
