He is backgrounding 700 head of calves, raised 67 bulls for sale, and calved out 800 head of mother cows in 30 days for his current employer. Previous employer ran 2300 head; as Ranch Hand/Camp Cowboy he took care of 400-500 head from fall to spring. The last few years he oversaw the summer grazing, making sure pastures were rotating pastures effectively. He has experience running generators to pump water from a well to stock tanks, roping cattle to doctor by himself or with someone, driving a tractor/trailer, hauling hay to stack yards, operating heavy machinery, sorting cattle horseback in corrals or in pastures, welding continuous panels for new corrals, and keeping records for calving.
