He started at the bottom and worked his way up and gained experience with commercial cattle, registered cattle and horses. He has worked on and managed ranches running 300 to 600 cows and 5,000 yearlings, feedlots that ran as many as 40,000 head of cattle on feed, and managed a horse breeding operation with 150 head. He has good animal husbandry and has A.I. experience with cattle and horses. He has operated a wide variety of equipment. He has supervised as many as 13 employees, has great communication skills and keeps detailed records. This candidate has a diverse farm and ranch background and is looking for a Working Ranch Manager position where he can use his skills to grow and improve the ranch and continue to personally grow and learn.
