JOB DESCRIPTION:


Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is searching for a qualified Working Farm Manager for a crop production operation in Oklahoma. This is a diversified, no-till crop operation focused on specialty seed, forage, and value-added crop production. The farm operates independently from their other Ag business but benefits from strong integration and niche markets. The operation is profitable, stewardship-driven, and expanding. NOT a Guarantee, but potential Ownership down the road for the right individual.

Position Summary
This Working Farm Manager will serve as the primary day-to-day operator of the farm, working closely with owner. This is a hands-on leadership role, with a Real Opportunity. The individual will be responsible for executing planting and harvest and everything in between, equipment operations, and general farm management. While there is potential long-term upside, this role is first and foremost about execution, reliability, and accountability.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Operate and manage farm equipment through planting and harvest
  • Execute day-to-day crop production activities
  • Equipment operation, setup, and routine maintenance
  • Assist with planning and scheduling field operations
  • Oversee seasonal help as needed
  • Work within established no-till and specialty crop systems
  • Maintain fields, facilities, and operational efficiency
  • Communicate regularly with ownership regarding progress and needs

Work Schedule Expectations

  • Generally Monday–Friday
  • Seasonal intensity required during planting and harvest
