JOB QUALIFICATIONS: - Minimum 15 years Marketing experience with experience designing effective marketing campaigns - Strong leadership skill set with ability to work well under pressure and in new environments - Minimum 5 years Ag industry experience - Career background in Agronomy, Business Development, Marketing or Project Management - Experience working with national-level public relation firms - Ability to quickly understand a product and create ways for product to benefit customers - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Experience working in a large organization AND within a small or start-up organization - Experience working directly with and presenting to a Board of Directors - Graphic design experience beneficial, especially with Adobe Creative Suite

JOB DESCRIPTION: Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is assisting a progressive Ag organization looking to hire a proven Marketing Director to communicate their products and efforts in the Agriculture industry. This role will be focused on producing and coordinating targeted content to a group of highly-segmented customers based on crop calendars, editorial calendars, product life cycles, customer feedback, and other in-house produced guidelines and trusted industry guidelines. This Marketing Director will turn strategic vision into reality, identifying all tasks needed to complete within a marketing campaign, and then strategically delegate those tasks to the appropriate team members, while keeping sales managers and associates updated as necessary. This role will report directly to the CEO.
