JOB TITLE: AGRICULTURAL SPRAYER OPERATOR

Pay: $20–$25/hr + Overtime + Acreage Bonus

LOCATION:

This role is based in the Upper Midwest, with operations across central/eastern North Dakota, western Minnesota, and northern South Dakota. The area is known for its strong Ag roots, open landscapes, and welcoming communities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate sprayers/spreaders to apply fertilizer and crop protection
• Maintain and calibrate equipment
• Work closely with the agronomy team
• Keep accurate records
• Provide great service to local growers

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Spraying or large farm equipment experience preferred (will train)
• Mechanically inclined and tech-capable
• CDL and Spray License (or ability to get both)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Preference for candidates with ties to the region
