Job Title: Irrigation/Equipment Technician

Join a team that keeps agriculture moving across the Mid-Atlantic region. This technician role offers variety, independence, and the chance to work with growers who rely on dependable equipment to power their operations. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities to learn, making the work both rewarding and impactful.

Although the company is based in New Jersey, its territory extends into surrounding states including Pennsylvania, New York, Maryland, and Delaware. This broader coverage provides technicians with the chance to experience diverse farming operations and equipment across different environments, making the role both dynamic and engaging.

This position involves working with a variety of well-known equipment commonly used in the industry, including irrigation systems such as Valley Center pivots, Ocmis travelers, as well as various pumps and specialized farm implements. Exposure to this range of equipment provides candidates with the opportunity to strengthen their skills and broaden their experience in real-world agricultural settings.

We are seeking individuals with mechanical ability, a willingness to learn, and the motivation to take on projects that matter to the agricultural community. Previous experience can be valuable, but the drive to succeed and adapt is even more important. This position provides the balance of independence in the field along with the backing of an experienced and established company.

Candidates should be prepared to supply their own hand tools. In return, the company provides all necessary power tools as well as a utility truck that can be taken home and used for work-related purposes. This combination of support and independence creates a unique opportunity for someone eager to advance their career while contributing to the success of farming operations throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.
