Overview

Hansen's Agri-PLACEMENT is seeking a dependable, hardworking Farm Hand to join a client's team and assist with the day-to-day operations of the farm. This role requires someone with a strong work ethic who thrives in a team setting and who is willing to put in long hours during the busy seasons.

Responsibilities

- Perform daily farm tasks as directed, including equipment operation, livestock care, maintenance, and fieldwork

- Assist with planting, cultivation, and harvest activities

- Operate and maintain farm machinery, tools, and irrigation systems

- Support general upkeep of farm facilities and grounds

- Follow safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment

- Work collaboratively with the team to complete projects efficiently

Requirements

- Strong accountability and honesty in all work performed

- Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills

- Willingness to work long hours during peak seasons

- Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed

- Experience with farm equipment or previous farm work is a plus (training available for the right candidate)

Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is seeking a Farm Hand for an Agronomy Services organization located in Nebraska. Employer will consider training a good, area farm operations individual. A Class A CDL is beneficial. Must be a hands-on equipment operator with solid mechanical and math skills, with the ability to work independently.
