APPLICATION PROCESS
Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is assisting a progressive row-crop operation in central Nebraska seeking a dependable Farm Assistant / Pivot Technician to join their growing team. This is a well-managed, family-oriented farm operating several irrigated acres of corn and soybeans using all modern John Deere equipment and precision systems. The employer values teamwork, communication, and steady, year-round employees who take pride in their work and can be trusted to represent the operation well when working independently. Most work will be performed with moderate supervision, especially during the busy summer irrigation season when pivots are spread across several locations. The position will have a broad focus—from planting and tillage to pivot maintenance, harvest operations, and winter shop work—depending on the individual’s strengths and experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their day, can think ahead, and is ready to be part of a steady three-person team. The right individual will be humble, teachable, and willing to step in wherever needed to get the job done. The operation strives to maintain a family-friendly atmosphere, typically working six days per week during peak seasons but taking most Sundays—and many weekends in slower months—off to maintain work-life balance. The employer is adding this third position to ensure continued efficiency and support as they expand. If you are a hands-on, committed individual seeking a long-term opportunity with a reputable, growing Nebraska farm—and you take pride in doing things the right way—this employer wants to meet you.
