QUALIFICATIONS:

- Seeking a motivated, self-starting individual with a genuine interest in spraying, irrigation and farm production in general – experience in all areas not required, but a strong plus.
- Knowledge of farm, irrigation, and grain handling systems with ability to perform routine maintenance.
- CDL not required, but have a clean driving record and willingness to learn equipment operation.
- Must be a communicator with initiative, foresight, and ability to work independently without constant direction.
- Proven ability to work cooperatively as part of a team in a safe, efficient, and productive manner.

Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is seeking a Farm Assistant for a progressive, family-oriented farming operation in Nebraska. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on agricultural experience and a strong desire to grow within the operation. This is a diverse role with opportunity to specialize based on skills and interests — whether that’s planting and planter maintenance, spraying, harvesting, or irrigation. Starting out person probably won't run planter or combine, but as person proves themself, that opportunity will be there.
