Job Description
Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is representing a large dairy operation located in Wisconsin who is searching for an experienced, hands-on Site Manager. This is a unique position which requires a unique individual to fill this role. This person needs to have an open mind and be willing to learn at an extremely high pace and high level. Responsibilities for this position include coordinating and assisting in animal treatments and develop protocols, analyzing, creating, and developing key benchmarks (financial, herd data, productivity, etc.). Will also assist and follow dairy procedures to maintain the highest levels of animal welfare practices, and consult and collaborate with key consulting partners including; veterinarians, nutritionist, and other third-party vendors. A two-four-year university education is preferred, and need to maintain a valid driver’s license.
