Job Title: Customer Service & Parts Specialist
Qualifications
-Must be self-motivated and self-driven-Excellent interpersonal communication skills
-Excellent professional written communication skills
-Knowledge of how to sell, maintain customer relationships and quire new customers
-Be willing to learn the feed and grain market and industrial manufacturing market.
-Excellent communication skills - reading/writing/verbal English for efficiency.
-Proficient computer and software knowledge, including iPad technology, Outlook, Excel.
-Performs other duties as assigned.
-Majority of time spent working with customers on solving their problems and coordinating efforts with each company to solve their problems.
-Requires regular contact with general manager, administration, co-workers, vendors, and customers either face-to-face, telephone, e-mail, text, etc.
-Familiarity with feed and grain handling systems and related components preferred.
-Previous experience in inside sales or parts counter roles within agricultural or industrial supply sectors preferred.
-Strong communication skills with a customer-first approach.
-Ability to interpret technical diagrams and part specifications.
-Computer skills utilizing Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Adobe PDF software.
