Job Description

Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is representing a established Accounting Firm who are searching for a CPA or an Enrolled Agent who understands Agriculture and has done tax returns. This position could lead to possible Buy-in.

This is a small CPA firm that billed over $1 Million for 2024. There are five employees and one 25% partner.

The majority of the practice is tax returns, payroll taxes, sales tax work and estate tax counseling. Candidates will need to do tax returns, payroll tax returns, 1041S, 229 Sales tax returns, etc.

The firm offers a retirement plan and are considering paying for an employee health plan. There are two weeks paid vaction for the first two years and increasing after that.

Reason for Position: The business has increased and the majority owner wants to retire.

This is an excellent opportuntiy for an equity position in an established firm.
