This individual will work directly with ownership and the bookkeeper to manage operations, improve efficiency, and handle daily responsibilities while being totally transparent across the organization.

  • Review invoices for:
    • Accuracy
    • Proper itemization
    • Correct billing practices
  • Operate within a cash-based system (no debt, no complex reporting)

Process & Workflow Management

  • Take over repetitive and routine tasks:
    • Mail handling
    • Bill approvals
    • General decision-making
  • Maintain simple, effective systems without overengineering

Continuity & Estate Support

  • Serve as co-signer with Bookkeeper if needed

  • Hands-on background with agriculture, ranching, or property operations
  • Understands basic equipment and field environments
  • High integrity, dependable, and trustworthy
  • Strong common sense and decision-making ability
  • Ability to balance initiative with restraint (“accelerator vs. brake”)
  • Service-oriented mindset with no ego

Preferred:

  • Military background or leadership experience
  • Experience working directly with ownership or family-run operations

Why This Opportunity

  • Step into a key leadership role with immediate impact
  • Work directly with ownership—your decisions matter
  • Opportunity to build trust and grow compensation over time
  • Become a critical pillar of a long-standing operation
