Position Overview:
The Calf / Heifer Manager will be responsible for the comprehensive management of the calf and heifer program, from wet calves to pre-fresh heifers. This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong background in calf and heifer care, herd health, AI breeding, and record keeping. The successful candidate will ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and that all protocols and procedures are meticulously followed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calf and Heifer Care: Oversee the care and management of calves and heifers, ensuring their well-being and growth from birth through to pre-fresh stages.

- Breeding and Feeding Programs: Manage AI breeding processes and oversee feeding programs to ensure optimal growth and reproductive performance.

- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records related to animal health, breeding, and feeding, ensuring data integrity and compliance with industry standards.
