Routinely facilitates the schedule with strategic planning that is lined up with day-to-day cultivation practices to achieve the established goals. Makes pivotal decisions and solutions, with the board’s directive, for optimal crop outlooks being monetized. Participates in data collecting, price cost, labor input, time spent, SOP fine tuning, development plans, performance documentation, and verified personal responsibility. As a cultivator he cares for, feeds, prunes, and clones indoor, greenhouse, and outdoor plants. Suppresses pest and invasive plants. Short time spent with living soil on a 3600 sq. ft. greenhouse. He can navigate and verify cannabis METRC requirements, record keeping (nutrients, waste, DLI, VPN, PPFD, irrigation strategy), and an understanding of DHSS guidelines. He builds, schedules, and tracks annual crop expectancy for firm objectives by designing a cultivation plan. This is with canopy sq. ft., number of lights, source of airflow, number of A/C units, dehumidifiers, irrigation infrastructure, allotted labor and what averages of product are sought after. He talks to sales reps of different companies that supply cannabis grows with fertilizer or chemicals to discuss or diagnose sources of resources. Leads different teams and QC post cultivation including curing and optional drying conditions in large scale environments.
