This candidate has worked as a Dairy Management Professional for over 10 years. He worked for a genetics company for 5 years, providing A.I. service and reproductive consulting. As the Assistant Dairy Manager on a 4000 cow dairy he trained three assistant herdsmen and oversaw hospital cows, shot protocols (presynch, ovsynch), hoof trimming, dry cows, and herd health. He currently manages a 1200+ cow dairy and oversees 20 employees. He oversees all aspects of the dairy simultaneously.
