Josh is actively involved in the operations of his family's farm, which specializes in dairy farming. The farm currently houses and milks 800 cows, in addition to raising approximately 850 young stock. His responsibilities include overseeing the care of the calves and sharing crop management duties with his uncle. Josh also plays a significant role in managing the farm's employees, ensuring that everyone is productively engaged and that daily tasks are efficiently completed. Having obtained a degree in Dairy Herd Management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, he is now eager to secure a role that encompasses managerial responsibilities. Josh finds fulfillment in leading and providing guidance to individuals in their day-to-day tasks.
