As a Business Development Manager for whey protein company, his responsibilities entail identifying and actively generating new leads and prospects and developing relationships in the dairy ingredients industry. He creates and maintains a sales plan for all whey ingredients, purchases milk and whey solids for plant operations, and sells cheese, whey protein, and lactose. With his unique background, he recognizes the needs of all parties involved and is able to develop relationships based on common experiences and goals. When given a task, this Candidate is persistent in accomplishing the given task, reasonable in making sure it fits the overall direction of the company, and honest without compromising the reputation of the company.
