He is proficient at marketing all classes of cattle in both the seedstock and commercial beef industry. He is capable of managing a seedstock, cow/calf and/or feeding operations of any size. He is knowledgeable in production management, with specific interest in genetics and marketing. He has experience and contacts throughout the entire beef industry and is extremely comfortable writing for publications, speaking to large groups or being located in remote locations with limited social interaction. He is extremely production-oriented and thrives on accomplishing tasks and exceeding expectations. He cares deeply about the reputation of his work and the reputation of his employer. He is comfortable and adaptable to a wide range of environments from the board room to the pick-up truck. He is hard-working, honest, loyal and intelligent.
