Farm Equipment Operator/Farm Foreman This candidate has knowledge starting cattle in a feedlot and cow/calf knowledge. He can operate New Holland, John Deere and MacDon hay equipment. He has good mechanical skills and knowledge of late model farm equipment and GPS systems. He has a Class A non-commercial license. Good knowledge & experience with planting through harvest. He has experience on all sides of the farm along with operating a dozer, track loader, track hoe, skid steers. Spent 8 years at a starter yard starting and doctoring cattle that ran around 1200 head year round. Ran combine during harvest, ran grain cart, semi, etc. Planted beans, corn, forage sorghum. Candidate worked with their veterinarian to create a program that worked for them. He has experience with repairs and maintenance. He has the willingness to learn and the drive to do what it takes to get things done. This candidate is ready to make change when right position comes along.
