On average he has supervised around 10 employees with it increasing to a high of 20 during planting and harvest. He enjoys problem solving, networking and managing different personalities. He holds a California Pest Control Advisors license and continues to keep it up and put it to work on the ranches he’s managed. He is a graduate of CA Farm Bureau's leadership program and also a graduate of the USA Rice Federation's Rice Leadership program. He is just as comfortable in a tractor as in a boardroom. He’s looking for a position that challenges him and at the same time is rewarding. He hopes his next move will be to someplace where he can stay for the duration of his career and eventually retire there.
